Using AIsle
AIsle helps you find grocery deals, plan meals, and place orders with grocery stores. By using AIsle you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old, and you’re responsible for activity on your account.
Orders and your store
When you ask AIsle to shop for you, its agent acts on your behalf at your store’s website using your own store account. AIsle asks for your approval of the final total before placing an order. Your purchase is between you and the store: the store sets prices, availability, substitutions, fees, and refunds, and charges your payment method directly. Prices and deals shown in AIsle come from stores and can change or be out of date.
Health information
AIsle’s nutrition targets, insights, and meal suggestions are general information, not medical advice. They don’t replace your doctor, dietitian, or care team. Always check with them before changing your diet for a medical condition, and follow your care plan for low or high glucose readings.
AI features
Meal plans, receipt and photo readings, and agent actions are generated by AI and can contain mistakes. Check ingredients for allergens, review nutrition estimates, and review your cart before approving an order.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse AIsle: don’t use it to break the law or a store’s terms, interfere with the service, access other people’s accounts, or resell it.
Disclaimers and liability
AIsle is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for orders, prices, or products provided by stores. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Ending your account
You can delete your account from the Profile tab at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms and will tell you in the app about material changes.
